Record Number of Discrimination Test Failures for 1999

In 1999, Administrative Retirement Services, Inc. (ARS)saw a record number of plans fail their discrimination test. Many of you may already be aware that failing a discrimination test can cause yearend refunds to the highly compensated employees.
